Activities include Business Centre operations, Telecommunications Companies, I.T. Software Development companies, Commodity Trading, Hospitality outlet operations and consulting, together with Executive Search and Recruitment licensed agencies in Hong Kong and Ireland.

The K Group of Companies has been formed through the consolidation of the business activities of Vinod Kirpalani (Chairman) and Andrew Jones (CEO). Vinod is a Hong Kong born businessman with a background including banking and international trade through his family business; namely M. Kirpalani. Andrew Jones is Australian with over 16 years experience in Hong Kong’s commercial and public sectors. Andrew’s background is Corporate Management, Catering, Accounting and Executive Search.
